Directions:

1. Massage the oil into your scalp for at least 5 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Then apply a small amount of oil to hair shaft and ends.

2. You can also use this oil for a prepoo by applying the oil to your scalp and hair, then place a plastic cap over it for 30 minutes to an hour before washing and conditioning.
